Velo Therapy is a family owned bike store run by family. We are a small community of enthusiastic cyclists and triathletes who simply love bikes! We don't just sell bikes, we actually ride them ourselves! We are always excited for a chat whether its about climbing Arthurs Seat, sending it far too quickly down Red Hill, or forgetting to put chamois crème on!

Ryan

Owner, local legend and Canadian (we don’t hold that against him)

Ryan has had a long life in many different elite sports from paddling to cycling. Ryan is the man when it comes to all things technical. If you have a question about anything bike related, chances are Ryan has dealt with it many times already. Ryan has a quantity of personal bikes that would put Team INEOS to shame.

Toby

Mechanic

Toby will care for your pride and joy like it is his own! He has fantastic attention to detail and loves every single minute of it! Toby is a family man, which means he will often be found out riding in the very early hours of the morning braving the cold and wet weather on his newly acquired Specialized Tarmac.

Jesse

Jesse is a Triathlete, and yes that is allowed in our store! He was the 2021 Australian Long Course Age Group Champion. Cycling is the only leg of the three that keeps him in the race. He can’t swim to save himself and runs like a wombat! Jesse is on the long journey of hopefully making a life as a professional triathlete in the near future! You may have also seen Jesse on Season 7 of Australian Survivor! Jesse will do all he can to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. He is always up for a chat!

Tim is another of our friendly faces here at Velo! Tim is an elite sprint distance triathlete, recently competing very well at the World Championships! Tim will be there to serve you with a smiling face and hopefully can convince you to do your first triathlon!
