Velo Therapy offers a number of community shop rides aimed at varying levels of ability. We have options for your social bunchie, all the way through to an all out battle for glory! Tuesday Night 6PM

Meet at the shop for roll out at 6pm.

  • Cruisy social ride
  • Avg 25-30kmh
  • Avg 30km distance.
  • Avg 350m elevation gain

Thursday Morning 6AM

Meet at the shop for a 6am roll out.

  • Drop ride
  • Avg 33-38kmh
  • Avg 45-55km
  • Avg 300m elevation gain.
